Author’s Guide

Scope:

ICESS2025 Paper Format:

Authors are required to use the designated format for paper submission, including the Word template file (ICESS2025_TM_paper_template.docx) and the sample PDF file (ICESS2025_Paper_Sample.pdf).

Proceedings:

The ICESS2025 Conference Proceedings will be published by the IEEJ in the form of Technical Meeting Papers of the IEEJ. The copyright of papers published in the Proceedings will be held by the IEEJ. 

After publication, the ICESS2025 Proceedings will be issued as a set of Technical Meeting Papers in Society C — Workshop on Perception Information of the IEEJ. The Proceedings will be available for purchase from the IEEJ Electronic Library ( https://www.bookpark.ne.jp/ieej/ ) starting three days before the first day of ICESS2025.

The ICESS2025 Organizing Committee will provide detailed information regarding the publication of the Conference Proceedings to all registered participants of ICESS2025.

Post-Conference Publication:

A special issue of ICESS2025 is planned for the IEEJ Transactions on Electronics, Information and Systems (Transactions C). This issue will include selected papers presented at ICESS2025, as well as extended versions of papers from previous conferences (ICESS2018–2024).

Papers accepted for the special issue, following the standard peer-review process of the IEEJ Transactions on Electronics, Information and Systems, are scheduled to be published in the December 2026 issue.
