Registration

Registration Fee (JPY: Japanese Yen):

Since the ICESS2024 will be hold as a Technical Meeting in a Workshop of EISS (Electronics, Information and Systems Society) in IEEJ (The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan), the registration fee will not include the fee of Conference Proceedings, and just means the Participation Fee shown as below.

• IEEJ Member (General and Student): Free (0 JPY) (IEEJ individual member only)
• Non-Member (General): 4,000 JPY
• Non-Member (Student): 2,000 JPY
• Non-Member (Student and Presenter): Free (0 JPY)*
  *IEEJ Society C (EISS) would fully subsidy the participation fee of non-member (Student/Presenter) until the end of March 2025.

Procedure for Paper Submission and Registration:

Step 1 (Review Paper Submission):

• Submit 2-4 pages Review Paper written in the specified format, at the ICESS2024 website of Paper Submission
  ( https://www.icessconference.org/ICESS2024/paper-submission/ ) by the deadline (November 16, 2024).
• Minimum 2-pages abstract paper will also be welcome.
• Please clearly describe what is the novelty of submission paper in comparison to previously published other papers that are shown in the References.

Step 2 (Notification of Acceptance):

• ICESS2024 Program Committee will notify the review results to authors by e-mail on November 18, 2024.

Step 3 (Conference Program Announcement and Information on Camera Ready Paper and Registration):

• ICESS2024 Program Committee and/or IEEJ will announce the Conference Program immediately after the “Notification of Acceptance”.
• At the same time, IEEJ will send you the Information on Camera Ready Paper and Registration by e-mail.
• The Information shows the Paper No. to be written in your Camera Ready and the website of IEEJ for Uploading the Camera-Ready PDF. 
• The Information also shows how to make a registration of your participation in ICESS2024.

Step 4 (Camera Ready Submission (maximum 6 pages)):

• Revise your paper according to the reviewers’ comments (if any) shown in the e-mail from ICESS2024 Program Committee.
• Write the Paper No. in your Camera Ready, that is shown in the Information from IEEJ.
• Upload the PDF of your Camera Ready to the website shown in the Information from IEEJ, by the strict deadline (December 5, 2024).

Step 5 (Registration):

• Make a registration according to the Information from IEEJ, by the deadline ( https://www.icessconference.org/ICESS2024/important-dates/ ).
• Presenter (or Speaker) must make the registration of ICESS2024.

Step 6 (Notification of ICESS2023 Proceedings Publishment):

• ICESS2024 Program Committee will announce the Publishment of ICESS2024 Proceedings in the form of a set of Technical Meeting Papers of IEEJ.
• Authors can purchase the Proceedings at IEEJ Electronic Library ( https://www.bookpark.ne.jp/ieej/ ) from 3 days before the first day of the ICESS2024.
• Program Committee will appropriately contact you concerning “Procedure for Paper Submission and Registration”.
