Author’s Guide

ICESS2023 Paper Format:

Use the specified format for paper submission, such as the template word file ( ICESS2024_TM_paper_template.docx )
and sample PDF file ( ICESS2024_Paper_Sample.pdf ).

Proceedings:

This time, ICESS2024 Conference Proceedings will be published by IEEJ, in the form of Technical Meeting Paper of IEEJ. The IEEJ will have the copyright of papers published in the Proceedings.
After ICESS Proceedings was published as a set of Technical Meeting Papers in “Section C** Workshop of Perception Information” of IEEJ, you can purchase the Proceedings as the technical meeting papers at IEEJ Electronic Library ( https://www.bookpark.ne.jp/ieej/ ) from 3 days before the first day of the ICESS2024.
The ICESS2024 Executive Committee will send the information on the publishment of Conference Proceedings to you who will participate in the ICESS2024.
**Section C means the EISS (Electronics, Information and Systems Society) in IEEJ.

Post-Conference Publication:

A special issue on ICESS2025 is planned in the Journal of IEEJ, i.e., IEEJ Transactions C (Electronics, Information and Systems) for presented papers in ICESS2024 and the extended papers of previous conferences (ICESS2018 – 2024).
The papers accepted for the special issue after normal reviews by IEEJ will be published in MM, YYYY.
