ICESS2024 Paper Format: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Use the specified format for paper submission, including the template Word file ( ICESS2024_TM_paper_template.docx<\/a> )
and the sample PDF file ( ICESS2024_Paper_Sample.pdf<\/a> ) to create a 2-4 page review paper.
Minimum 2-pages abstract paper which shows ongoing research or proposal on emergent research will also be welcome.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proceedings: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This time, ICESS2024 Conference Proceedings will be published by IEEJ as Technical Meeting Papers of IEEJ, with copyright held by IEEJ.
Once the ICESS Proceedings are published as part of the \u201cSection C** Workshop of Perception Information\u201d series by IEEJ, they can be purchased at the IEEJ Electronic Library ( https:\/\/www.bookpark.ne.jp\/ieej\/<\/a> ) starting three days before the first day of the ICESS2024.
The ICESS2024 Executive Committee will send the information about the publication of Conference Proceedings to participants of ICESS2024.
**Section C refers to the EISS (Electronics, Information and Systems Society) within IEEJ.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Post-Conference Publication: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

A special issue on ICESS 2024 is planned for the Journal of IEEJ, specifically in IEEJ Transactions C (Electronics, Information and Systems) which will include papers presented at ICESS2024 and extended papers from previous conferences (ICESS2018 \u2013 2023).
Accepted papers for the special issue, following IEEJ’s standard review process, will be published in December, 2025.
